Simple Recipe of the Month Here are the Smoothie Recipes that come with the New Spring Fruit of the Season Tumblers Each Tumbler inspired a different Smoothie... you'll want to make them all! Great for kids and adults! Strawberry Mango Smoothie 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup mango, cubed
1/4 cup orange juice
6 ice cubes Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Pour into Strawberry Fruit Tumbler and enjoy! Makes 12 ounces.
Blueberry Banana Smoothie 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 small Banana
5 oz. vanilla yogurt
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
5 ice cubes Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Pour into Blueberry Fruit Tumbler and enjoy. Makes 12 ounces.
Lemon Strawberry Smoothie 1 whole lemon peeled and seeded
4 large fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
1/8 cup water
8 ice cubes Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Pour into Lemon Fruit Tumbler and enjoy. Makes 12 ounces!
Orange Tropical Smoothie 1 whole orange peeled, seeded and divided into sections.
1/3 cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks (can use canned, drained)
1/2 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
2 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Pour into Orange Fruit Tumbler and enjoy. Makes 12 ounces.
Rock N Serve Brownies
6 Tbsp butter melted
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional) Melt butter in the microwave using the Micro Pitcher Set. Combine melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt in the Mix N Stor Pitcher. Blend eggs in the Quick Shake container and add to the sugar mixture. Add cocoa, flour and nuts. Mix well using the Silicone spatula. Spread mixture in the in the RNS large shallow; seal with vent open and microwave on medium high for 5-7 minutes. Using a paper towel dry off the seal and reseal. Let stand 5 minutes, cut and serve. Voila!

Birthday Month = Party time and time for Ice Cream! Quick Strawberry Ice Cream 1 cup heavy cream
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp powdered sugar Place all ingredients into the Quick Chef with bladed attachment. Cover and turn handle until strawberries (or other fresh or frozen fruits) and cream are blended and the mixture is the consistency of soft ice cream. Serve immediately in Ice Prisms Small Bowls. Here is a great recipe to use with with Tupperware's children's products! Microwave Play Dough 2 cups flour
2 cups water
1 cup salt
5 tsp cream of tartar
4 Tbsp oil
food colouring or unsweetened Kool-Aid Powder Mix all ingredients in a Large Deep Rock N Serve Container. Microwave on high 3 - 5 minutes, stirring every minute. Let mixture cool. Divide and knead in food colouring, wearing gloves to prevent staining of hands. Store Play Dough in a Tupperware container! Recommended Tupperware® Products

Large Deep Rock N Serve Container
By special request...perfect for your Winter brunch! Cranberry Orange Scones 2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup whole wheat cake and pastry flour ¼ tsp salt 1/3 cup sugar 2 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp baking soda
½ cup cold butter
1 cup dried cranberries chopped if large
1 egg in a measuring cup well beaten with a fork.
Orange juice added to beaten egg to make 1 cup.(I like to shake the egg in my Quick Shake and then add the orange juice to it)
Combine dry ingredients. Cut butter in with a pastry blender. Add cranberries. Add egg mixture and mix lightly just until mixed. Pat out on floured surface to about 3/4” thickness, making rectangular shape. Cut into squares, then cut squares diagonally to make triangles. Place on cookie sheet, preferably on a Silicone Wonder Mat, and bake at 425* about 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 12 large or 24 small scones.
Ahhhh... Tasty!
Note: feel free to substitute other fruit such as blueberries, raspberries or peaches/blackberries.

Simply Perfect Pastry Sheet Silicone Wonder Mat
Teriyaki Marinade
A family favourite for beef or lamb
(fabulous for Flank Steak or
Shish Kabobs on the BBQ!)... try it using the Quick Shake and Season Serve Containers
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup salad oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp molasses
Combine soy sauce, salad oil, garlic, ginger, mustard and molasses in the Quick Shake Container. Pour over up to 2 lbs. of lamb or beef in the Season Serve Container. Place seal on Season Serve, keeping the seal areas clean and dry. Let stand at room temperature or refrigerate for several hours up to 24 hours, flipping Season Serve from time to time without opening the seal. Remember, no peekie, no leakie! Barbecue or broil until done to your liking. Serve with rice and veggies.

Try this recipe using the Tupperware Quick Chef Simply Salsa
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
Optional:
2-3 Tbsp fresh cilantro
Peel and slice onion into 4 pieces; place in Quick Chef with blade, cover and turn handle until onion is roughly chopped. Peel and smash two garlic cloves and add to Quick Chef. Add remaining ingredients; cover and turn handle until desired consistency. Remove blade and place salsa in Snack Cups or a bowl for serving. Serve with chips or as a topping for tacos! Ole~ ! Here's a recipe that will have them begging for salad every day! Orange Salad Dressing (Vinaigrette) 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp honey
pinch of salt
1/3 cup olive oil Blend all ingredients except oil in a Tupperware Quick Shake Container. Add oil through cap and blend again. This salad dressing is delicious on baby spinach or any salad greens. Add orange or grapefruit
segments, toasted pecans and a little blue cheese to your salad if desired. Refrigerate any extra salad dressing in the Quick Shake Container. mmm.... Enjoy! Recommended Tupperware® Products
